Implementation of Superstructure of Timber House in Bratislava

The bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of a technological regulation for the processing of the superstructure of a family house, ie a description of the rough construction, CLT panel and its alternatives and, last but not least, roofing. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a technical report focused on the selected level of construction, the solution of transport routes, the design of the machine set or the proposal for the classification of the construction site, elaboration of individual regulations, comparison of proposed alternatives. Costs incurred during the implementation of the rough construction of the 2nd floor and partial costs from the 1st floor are processed in the item budget. The basis for the elaboration of this work was a drawing documentation from the previous work published on the VUT thesis page.

Wooden multipurpose building in Brno

The main aim of this diploma´s thesis is a design of documentation for construction of the object wooden multipurpose building in Brno. This new building is in cadastre unit Bohunice, is three-storey with a basement. The construction system is designed as a wall (structural) system of CLT panels conducted with cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The project is devised to fit in to the neighborhood.

Small apartment house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is design of an apartment house. The apartment house is located in Brno in cadastral area Sadová. Building has four above-ground floors and a basement. Vertical and horizontal loadbearing structures are made of cross laminated timber. A service core of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. Building has a ventilated facade. There are six dwelling units in the apartment house, one of them is designed for persons with impaired mobility. Habitable rooms of particular apartments have a southern exposure and view on Brno. Theme of seminar work is Timber structures.

In diploma thesis is elaborated project documentation for the construction of an building of kindergarten. The building is situated in peryphery of Jihlava city. The building is two-storey kindergarten building with a basement. There aure two classes for children 3 - 6 years old in the building. In diploma thesis is elaborated architect-building solutions, building – construction solutions, fire safety solutions and physics qualities of constructions.

Sokol house, Okříšky

This diploma thesis deals with the design of sokol house located in the cadastre unit of Okříšky (709778). The building is designed as two-storey building rectangular shape with parking for visitors. The main feature of the sokol house is the multipurpose playground, which also serves as a parquet for social events and as an auditorium for cultural events. The structural systém is consists of wooden CLT panels for walls, wooden elements for the floor and roof and arched truss. The tesis contains the drawings as the documentation for construction.

The main building of the railway station

The subject of my thesis is the design the main building of the railway station, which is located in the city of Kuřim, at the level of documentation for construction. The new building is located in the cadastre unit Kuřim. This is a two floors with partial basement building irregular rectangular shape with parking for traveler. The structural system is consists of wooden BSH beam and placed on them wooden CLT panel for walls, floor and flat roofs. Design of the main building of the railway station respects established requirements.

Návrh nástavby a stavebních úprav budovy mateřské školky v Břeclavi

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of the extension of the kindergarten building in the form of a wooden building made of wooden layered solid panels. At the same time, the aim of the thesis is the structural modifications with respect to the existing layout, including the maximum effort to achieve all the sanitary and structural requirements for the kindergarten. The primary reason for the extension was the requirement to utilise the loft space to increase the capacity of the nursery and build private staff quarters. The layout of the building was designed so that individual classes would be able to operate independently and autonomously with their own playroom, cloakroom, emergency exit, sanitary facilities and areas for catering and sedentary activities. Along with this, the bachelor thesis also focuses on the appropriate design and assessment of the building insulation according to the ČSN 73 0540 standard. Emphasis will be placed on the highest possible economic efficiency of the design.

Dřevěný rodinný dům s vysunutou lodžií

This work is focused on the design of a wooden two-story detached house, which was created according to the model of the legendary detached house type V - known as "Šumperák." The idea of processing this design refers to the iconic house from the era of socialist architecture, which was designed by Josef Vaněk in the 1960s. The intentions of this work were to map the historical background, to carry out a survey of the existing building and to analyse the architectural variants of this house. According to these findings, a modern version of the house was created, corresponding to current standards. But still based on the original concept. The basis of this version of the house is a wooden supporting structure made of a CLT panel. The project deals with layout and architectural solutions, from the typological study to the developed project documentation. In addition to creating construction, it also discusses suitable materials and structural solutions. It is also mentioned how to situate such a building in the surrounding landscape.

Návrh mateřské školy

The bachelor thesis deals with the desing of kindergarten for a maximum of 50 children. The main subject is a suitable desing of the bearing structure and compliance with principles of a passive house standards. The bearing structure is wooden skeleton, which is described in the following text. The building is two-storeyed with flat roof. The object consists of two parts with different services. Part of the object A is intended for administrative purposes of the kindergarten and also contains kitchen with wood preparation. In the part B of the building there are situated rooms for children stay. The whole object is not assigned to the specified building plot. The thesis includes the description of the object‘s own solution and the related drawings.

Apartment building

This diploma thesis deals with a project for apartment building. The building is situated in small town in municipality of Hodonín. This object has one undergound level with parking space, ground floor with two commercial units and two upper floors with apartments. Apartments are situated on second and third floor, there are twelve apartment units, six on each floor. The roof is designed as green grass roof. The main goal of this thesis is to desing a polyfunctional apartment building in passive standart by using of CLT panels. The building consists of objects SO 01 apartment building and SO 02 hard surfaces.
